Today at 5:13 p.m. the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) received an alarm according to which a citizen had fallen into a catchment hole near the Kashen mine in Artsakh, reports the State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh.

At 5:14 p.m., a firefighting-rescue squad of the emergency situations division of Martakert region left for the scene of the incident.

At 5:24 p.m., the on-duty operational group of the special rapid reaction subdivision of the Department of Rescue Forces also left for the scene of the incident.

After search and rescue efforts, the body of resident of Vardadzor village of Martakert region H. K. (born in 2011) was taken out of the water.
