"The Bourbons didn't learn (didn't understand) anything," he wrote in particular on Facebook. "I remembered this word uttered years after the French Revolution, seeing how—with the stubbornness of the well-known animal—some fanatical apologists of the old call the people’s revolution [in Armenia] in 2018 a coup."
