Turkey has struck 115 targets of the Syrian army in response to the bombardment of its soldiers in Idlib, as stated in the statement issued by the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey, reports TASS.

“Based on the latest information from various sources, in response, 115 targets of the regime (of President of Syria Bashar al-Assad) have been struck, 101 soldiers of the regime, as well as three tanks, two artillery positions and one helicopter have been struck. The attacks on the specified targets continue within the scope of self-defense,” the statement reads.

Ankara had previously announced the death of five Turkish soldiers and injuries of five soldiers as a result of the Syrians’ bombardments.
