Coordinator of the Public Commission for Referendum Oversight (PCRO) Ruben Torosyan has submitted a report to the Central Electoral Commission and sounded the alarm about a violation of the law on referendum.

“Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, violating the requirements of parts 2 (campaign shall start on the seventh day following the day of the official promulgation of the decree of the President of the Republic on calling a referendum and shall be completed one day before the voting day) and 14.1 (it shall be prohibited to conduct a campaign and disseminate any type of campaign material by public servants, employees of healthcare or medical organizations, education institutions, preschool education institutions, while performing their duties or acting ex-officio) of Article 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia “On referendum”, has implemented the “FOR” campaign anachronistically once again, on armtimes.com,” Ruben Torosyan wrote.

Today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted on his Facebook page a poem entitled “Referendum”.
