At 10:07pm on Sunday, the National Center for Crisis Management of Armenia received a report that the resident of a Yerevan apartment was not responding to the knocks on the door and the phone calls.
The rescuers who arrived at the scene opened the door of this apartment and found the dead body of Simik Y. (born in 1938) in the kitchen, sitting on a chair.
