Physicist and mathematician Hamlet Karayan, a professor at the Department of Optics at the Faculty of Physics of Yerevan State University, an associate of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, has died Sunday at the age of 75.
Karayan was born in 1945 in Achajur village of Tavush Province.
