At 3:38pm on Friday, the National Center for Crisis Management of Armenia received a report that that a person had been electrocuted on the roof of an unused building in Goris town.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the dead body of Armen B. (born in 2003) was taken down from the roof by local efforts.
The rescuers who arrived at the scene carried the body to a waiting ambulance.
