The National Center for Crisis Management of Armenia on Tuesday received a report that a person had drowned in a pool on the banks of the Arpa River and rescuers' help was needed.
It turned out that Edgar G. (born in 1999) had drowned in the aforesaid river.
His dead body was taken out of the river before rescuers arrived at the scene.
