YEREVAN. – The biggest obligation we have before the children of orphanages should be education; Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia.
He noted that the children of orphanages should receive an education that will provide them with an opportunity to build their own well-being through work in the future. "Unfortunately, we very often see cases when, after graduating from orphanages, people find themselves in an impasse of life; that is the responsibility of all of us," the PM added.
