During today’s session of the National Assembly of Armenia, candidate for judge of the Constitutional Court Artur Vagharshyan said he didn’t know he was supposed to organize a meeting with deputies and hadn’t even thought about it.
“If I knew about it, I would have taken the initiative to organize meetings. A lot of issues had to be discussed during those meetings,” he said.
