YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan will press for return of Aghdam and Fizuli regions during forthcoming meting between Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian leaders scheduled for June 25, said head of New Times party Aram Karapetyan.

World community will push forward peaceful resolution of the conflict, Karapetyan told journalists on Monday. However, international community does not realize that they try to combine two dissonant notions: territorial integrity and nations’ right to self-determination, he said adding that the process will reach deadlock.

“Not a single world state applied these principles without war,” he said.

Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents, Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham ALiyev will meet in the Russian city of Kazan on June 25.
