Russian AFK Sistema Corporation confirmed the list of candidates to a board of directors including former Armenia’s President Robert Kocharyan.

The board will be elected during annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 25.

Twelve candidates are recommended, RIA Novosti reports referring to corporation’s statement.

JSFC Sistema is the largest diversified public financial corporation in Russia and the CIS founded in 1993. The main shareholder is Russian oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov.
