YEREVAN. - Two of the nine injured in the May 17 minibus crash in Yerevan are still in “Erebuni” medical centre, Spokesperson for Armenian Health Minister Shushan Hunanyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to her, the 7-year-old child’s health state is stable. The child has twice undergone surgery (17% burns of body surface). It is still unknown when the third operation will be carried out.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, four people burned alive in their vehicles, nine injured including a 7-year-old child following a serious car accident in Yerevan on May 17. Mercedes-Benz collided with GAZelle van on Artsakh street. Both vehicles burned instantly after the crash and, according to the witnesses, soon “turned to ashes.”
