YEREVAN. - Sovereignty and independence is a key achievement for any nation, head of the ruling Republican Party parliament group Galust Sahakyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am commenting on the importance of the Republic Day, national holiday celebrated on May 28.

Sahakyan hopes Armenians will have united and powerful state soon.

“Everyone should contribute on it, the sooner we acknowledge it, the faster we will achieve our goal,” Sahakyan added.
