YEREVAN.- A young man was arrested on suspicion of murder in the Armenian village of Ayntap, Ararat region.

Policemen found the body of 58-aged Gayane Asoyan on May 26. She was brutally beaten, photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. A criminal case was opened.

According to preliminary information, 23-year-old Ashot Shahzadyan started a quarrel with Gayane Asoyan. The man attacked the woman and beat her to death.Ashot Shahzadyan.
