YEREVAN. – It is Robert Kocharyan’s constitutional right to decide on his return to politics, said spokesperson for Republican Party Eduard Sharmazanov.
Sharmazanov told journalists he is unwilling to comment on speculations whether Armenia’s second president will return to politics.
“It is for Robert Kocharyan to decide,” he said.
