YEREVAN.- MP from Armenian Orinats Yerkir Party Hovhannes Margaryan is confident there is no political and legal ground for snap election in Armenia.

Talking at a press conference on Wednesday he commented on statements of opposition leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan voiced during Tuesday’s rally.

“There will be no snap election, as regular elections are not far off,” he said.

MP from Heritage parliamentary group Larisa Alaverdyan also considers snap elections are unlikely to be held in Armenia.

“Talking about it seems to have become a bad habit. Even if that happens, I’ll assume it is not a result of dialogue,” she said.
