YEREVAN. – Snap parliamentary and presidential elections will be held in Armenia in the near future, says David Shahnazaryan, member of the opposition Armenian National Congress.

He stressed that the Armenian authorities are getting ready for snap elections. It is the key issued on the agenda of authorities-opposition dialogue, he told journalists on Thursday.

Shahnazaryan noted such elections will be in the interests of Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh and authorities themselves.

Speaking about second Armenia’s President Robert Kocharyan, the opposition members said he must face Hague tribunal for “his crimes”.
