YEREVAN. - Between May 23-29 Armenian banks allocated AMD23.2 Billion ($61.86 million) credits in drams, while the volume of crediting in dollars constituted $57 million.  

In relation to previous weeks, the volume of credits in dollars increased, while credits in drams marked decrease. Last week the amount of credits in drams constituted AMD 29 billion, while $41 million in dollars.

In cash currency market banks have purchased $67 million and sold $82 million between May 30-June 3. Here the increase of dollar demand is also noticeable.
