High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of Armenia Zareh Sinanyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“The trap for destruction is seen in the demographic statistics of the past 30 years. If we Armenians don’t want to have children and live in Armenia, foreigners will do it.”
