YEREVAN. - Construction sphere recovers from crisis and gradually restores its volumes said the president of Elite Group construction company Armen Mkoyan to Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent.

According to him the pre-crisis level is not reached yet but major risks are significantly reduced.

“Certainly, the market has somewhat changed, we will never return to the old scales, but real estate is always on demand and people continue to buy,” he added.

Elite Group President assured that the company builds both elite buildings and business class structures. When asked, who is the major consumer of the apartments in these kinds of buildings, Mkoyan said local people always formed 50% of the demand for real estate. At present, he said, local demand grows. Armenians from Russia and other CIS countries are also potential consumers.
