According to projections, the total number of deaths in the US due to the coronavirus may exceed 600 thousand until the situation begins to improve, said President Joe Biden, CNBC reported.
The US was still a long way from beating COVID-19, and there’s going to be more deaths in the country, Biden said.
“We’re going to see somewhere between 600,000 to 660,000 deaths before we turn the corner in a major way,” he added.
