Today I held a consultation at the Ministry of Justice; Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday wrote this on Facebook.

"We have given a lot of impetus to the reforms of the judiciary in recent times. The results of these reforms do not become visible immediately, but I am convinced that thanks to consistent steps, we will be able to achieve the implementation of the goal we have before us; that is, the establishment of an independent judiciary and a fair judiciary,” Pashinyan said.

He added: " In recent times, we have witnessed attempts to politicize the judiciary, which, of course, is inadmissible and undermines the very idea of the judiciary and justice. And here we must have not only current, but long-term mechanisms in general, not only to uproot such phenomena, but also to prevent [them] at all.”
