YEREVAN. - At a press conference on Monday Head of Shahumyan- Getashen Patriotic Union Edik Balayan demanded inclusion of Northern Artsakh recovery issue into negotiation agenda. He stressed that without recovering Northern Artsakh and addressing the issue of half a million Armenian refugees from Shahumyan and Getashen regions, final settlement of Karabakh conflict is impossible. Head of the Patriotic Union called the OSCE Minsk Group’s denial to carry out monitoring on the territory of Northern Artsakh a bias that allows Azerbaijan to continue destroying the cultural heritage of Armenians and implementing policies for resettlement.
