YEREVAN. - War between the Armenian sides and Azerbaijan is cancelled due to Eurovision-2012 song contest in Baku, said the leader of Heritage party parliamentary group Stepan Safaryan to a press conference on Tuesday.

According to him, after Kazan meeting the responsibility for unsigned document lay on Azerbaijan and now its president can’t help but shake his fists.

“Azerbaijan has no choice but showing its muscles at a military parade and proving its society that Baku’s position did not suffer fiasco in negotiation process and it was only Kazan meeting that proved to be a failure,” said Safaryan, marking that from time to time Azerbaijani side would be probing the response of international community on belligerent statements.

Note that during military parade of Azerbaijani Armed Forces on June 26, President Ilham Aliyev stated that ‘Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity will be restored by any means’.
