YEREVAN.- Azerbaijan will continue to oppose Nagorno-Karabakh’s participation in the negotiation process, said Director of Caucasus Institute Alexander Iskandaryan.
According to him, at the current stage Karabakh’s participation is impossible due to Azerbaijan’s position.
Otherwise, it would mean that Baku is ready for a real compromise and real concessions, he told journalists on Monday.
The political expert stressed that Azerbaijan is using negotiations as an attempt not to resolve the conflict, but as a form of pressure, and therefore will continue to oppose Karabakh’s participation in talks.
