I do not see any serious factors related to immigration from Armenia in recent times. This was announced on Thursday by Zareh Sinanyan, the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs under the Prime Minister of Armenia.
At the same time, Sinanyan noted that he could not reconcile with this phenomenon.
"This phenomenon has bloodied Armenia for 30 years," the official said, adding that more than 1.5 million people have left the country in 30 years.
