U.S. are involved in the Karabakh peace process at the highest level. The OSCE Minsk Group will determine the next step towards the conflict resolution, U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza stated in an interview with SalamNews.
According to Bryza, the OSCE Minsk Group is operating properly and is working on a framework agreement. “Although there are certain provisions to prepare the document, the Minsk Group should complete the conflict resolution,” Bryza concluded.
