ANKARA. - In one of the villages of Turkish Mersin province, Ismail A., 39, hung a chunk of concrete from his 11-year-old son’s neck as punishment for disobedience.
According to Turkish Milliyet newspaper, the local gendarmerie arrested the unscrupulous father. The boy who spent two days tied to a tree with a chain and heavy chunk of concrete on the neck was taken to hospital.
