STEPANAKERT.- President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed decrees to hand in awards on the occasion of 20th anniversary of the Republic’s independence.
Philanthropist Aram Izmailyan (Russian Federation) received an award for considerable philanthropic activity, while restorer Volodya Babayan – for restoration of Cathedral of Christ the Holy Savior in the city of Shushi.
