From now on, Armenia will have a permanent diplomatic presence in Luxembourg, informed Ani Badalyan, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

“As of today, a diplomat of the Armenian embassy in Belgium will be permanently stationed in Luxembourg to contribute to further expansion of Armenia-Luxembourg partnership," Badalyan added Tuesday on X—former Twitter.

Diplomatic relations between Armenia and Luxembourg were established on June 11, 1992. On April 28, 2017, Suren Zohrabyan was appointed Honorary Consul of Luxembourg in Armenia. And on October 20, 2020, Tigran Balayan was appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Luxembourg—with diplomatic residence in The Hague.
