Another trial on murder of the chief editor of Istanbul based Agos weekly was suspended till December 5.

Istanbul’s 14th Minors’ Court for Serious Crimes suspended the trial for the lack of recordings of phone calls gathered from the crime scene.

The judge stated that one of the main defendants in Dink’s case Yasin Hayal has already undergone medical examination, which revealed no mental illness. The records on Hayal’s general health condition are at court’s disposal now.

The court asked the telecommunications department for the records of telephone conversations that took place at the murder scene. The trial was adjourned until December 5.
