Today, November 10, RA President Serzh Sargsyan arrives on a visit to Kaliningrad to meet with Kaliningrad region Governor Georgy Boos as well as representatives of local Armenian community. President will participate in the opening ceremony of Armenian cultural center and lay a wreath on Khachkar-memorial of Genocide victims. November 11, the delegation headed by RA President will return to Armenia.

Sargsyan left for Kaliningrad after his first state visit to Hungary on November 9. RA President met his Hungarian counterpart Laszlo Solyom. Presidents expressed confidence that the documents signed in the course of the visit (a number of agreements on development of cooperation in economic sphere) as well as Armenian-Hungarian business forum in Budapest, will contribute to the development of bilateral relations. RA President invited Laszlo Solyom to return the visit.
