Zhanna Andreasyan, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia, told this to Factor.am—and addressing the question of when renowned American rapper Snoop Dogg will finally visit Armenia and give his Yerevan concert, which was postponed last year.

"Yes. It could be held in November, we are waiting for a final response from the organization," said Andreasyan.
