ANTALYA. – The 19-year-old Serkan Ozcelik, who jumped from the roof of a building, was accepted for governmental service in Turkey.

As the Turkish Milliyet informs, Serkan, whose suicide attempt was unsuccessful, was accepted to the Department of National Education of Antalya without taking the essential exams for entering governmental service.

After the unsuccessful suicide attempt it came out that the boy had a trauma in the childhood. He was left near a garbage can when he was 3 years sold. He was delivered to an orphanage. After turning 18 he had to leave the orphanage and tried to find his relations. Not being able to find them the young man declared that he had nothing to lose and was going to jump off the 8 story building. The pillow placed by rescuers saved the teenager’s life.
