Armenia’s foreign state debt rate will total 37% of GDP by this year end, IMF resident representative Nienke Oomes told the journalists.
However, she underlined that RA authorities should beat an alarm once this indicator reaches 50%. According to Oomes, in 2010 the rate will reach 44%, while in 2011- 46%. The IMF representative stated the foreign debt rate will start reducing from 2012.
