“They wanted to organize a revolution in the country in a non-transparent way, but no “National Maidan” and revolution can be organized in Georgia neither non-transparently nor transparently,” he noted

As the head of the Georgian government noted, yesterday the parties of Saakashvili, Gvaramia, Khazaradze and Gakharia in a joint statement practically admitted that they were behind the attack on the constitutional order in Georgia.

Yesterday, a joint statement of four parties - Saakashvili, Gvaramia, Khazaradze and Gakharia - was released, which practically recognized that they are behind the attack that is being carried out on the constitutional order in Georgia. The third attempt to organize a “national maidan” in Georgia with foreign funding also failed.

The first attempt was directly in June 2022, when we were not granted the status of a candidate, and this issue was used by representatives of the radical opposition and NGOs as a pretext for organizing a “national maidan” in the country, although this plan failed.

Later there was another attempt related to the Transparency Law, this attempt to organize a “national maidan” also failed, and now the third attempt, in principle we can say that it was the fourth, there were two attempts related to the law, the fourth attempt to organize a “national maidan” in Georgia also failed,” Kobakhidze said.
