At the same time, Reuters reports that the US special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, will travel to Kyiv on Tuesday evening.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the arrival of the US special envoy on Russia and Ukraine was scheduled for Thursday, February 20.

Kellogg said that planning for the trip was being finalized, the BBC reported.
