The US has to have relations with Russia, said Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"At the end of the day, we [i.e. the US] have to have relations with Russia, whether we like everything they're [i.e. Russia] doing or not," Rubio said in an interview with journalist Catherine Herridge, publicized on Thursday.
