Hamas refuses to negotiate with mediators until Israel releases a group of prisoners who were supposed to be released on February 22, said Mahmoud Mardawi, a senior leader this Palestinian radical movement.
"There will be no negotiations with the enemy through mediators until the release of the captives, which was agreed in exchange for the [transfer] of six Israeli hostages," Mardawi said, reports Al Jazeera.
