A representative of the Trade Promotion and International Relations Commission of Iran's Chamber of Industries and Mines said that the country's exports of goods to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) increased by 22% from March 21, 2024 to January 20, 2025. This was reported by Mehr.

Non-oil exports from the country to the five member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (the organization also includes Armenia) in the first 10 months of the current Iranian calendar year showed an increase compared to the same period last year.

It is noted that Russia imported more than 2 million tons of products worth over $889 million from Iran between March 21, 2024 and January 20, 2025, up 49.2% year-on-year.
