Vladik Khachatryan, NKR Minister of Education and Science, and Samvel Harutyunyan, Chairman of RA State Committee of Science, signed an agreement on cooperation in science.
RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan said the agreement make up a deficiency in cooperation of the two departments.
According to him, agriculture, environment protection, and construction are the priority fields in Nagorno-Karabakh.
