International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Iranian officials held secret negotiations. The talks were aimed at permitting Iran “to retain the bulk of its nuclear program in return for cooperation with UN inspectors”, Israeli Ynetnews reports, referring to the Times.

The IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei was allegedly trying to reach the agreement, under which Iran would be capable of maintaining its uranium enrichment program.

According to the source, IAEA refuted information on the document’s existence.
