A blast struck a college graduation ceremony in Mogadishu (Somalia) killing 19 people, including Somali ministers. A number of civilians participating in the ceremony were killed as well.
Health Minister — Qamar Aden Ali, Education Minister — Ahmed Abdulahi Waayeel and Higher Education Minister — Ibrahim Hassan Adow were among the victims. The Sports Minister Saleban Olad Roble was injured, The Times reads.
No one claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing yet.
