The issues of guaranteeing the rights of servicemen and members of their families are in the center of my attention, said Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan on the occasion of Army's Day.

According to him, the Armenian army is the main guarantor of our independence and security.

"Real protection of human rights, civilian control in the armed forces are a priority for any democratic state. The issues of guaranteeing the rights of servicemen and members of their families are in the focus of my daily attention," he noted.
