Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Friday at the parliament that the health system can perform if only 550-600 COVID-19 new cases are recorded per day in Armenia.

But he also considers it possible that Armenia will return to the lockdown regime to curb the spread of the pandemic.

This will happen if the number of confirmed cases per day exceeds the established limit, the PM said adding that in this case, the government will have to switch to lockdown mode, although this will seriously affect the country's economy.
