“Given the critical requirement for immediate medical care for both the injured along the Stepanakert-Goris route and our fellow citizens who sustained injuries in the explosion at the fuel warehouse on September 25, we strongly advise against using personal vehicles to travel to Armenia at this time. The preservation of human life is of paramount importance, and your assistance can make a significant difference in this regard.
