Today, on September 27, on the third anniversary of the 44-day war in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), new graves are being dug at the Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan.

Yesterday, Minister of Health of Armenia Anahit Avanesyan announced the transfer of 125 remains from Artsakh to Armenia, including those of civilians and soldiers of Artsakh’s Defence Army killed in new Azerbaijani aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh.

Artsakh's human rights defender, Gegham Stepanyan, clarified that only the bodies of individuals who perished as a result of military operations have been relocated from Artsakh to Armenia.

"The bodies and remains of those who lost their lives in the explosion are expected to be transported in the coming days," he stated.
