The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of (FA) Azerbaijan responded to the statement by the MFA of Armenia.

Accusing the MFA of Armenia of "spreading false narratives," the Azerbaijan MFA announced Armenia's "distortion of reality."

And as a justification for its position and the “wrong position” of the Armenian MA, the Azerbaijan MFA cited the statement by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on September 21—that is, after the actual capitulation of Nagorno-Karabakh—that "there is no direct threat to the civilian population of Nagorno-Karabakh."

Over the course of four days, more than half of the 120,000 population has left Nagorno-Karabakh. A huge convoy of respective vehicles is visible from space.
