
Armenia will allocate from state budget 100,000 dram (around $255) a one-time payment for each person forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said.
“For the urgent needs of our brothers and sisters forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, we will allocate 100 thousand drams one-time payment from the state budget to each of them, regardless of age,” Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
He noted that Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan would present the details about it later in the evening on the Public TV.
As of 1 p.m. Thursday, more than 70,000 people from Nagorno-Karabakh have entered Armenia.
